The habits of happiness

As you grow older, you spend time contemplating the mysteries of Life. You actually do this when you're younger too. Except since you aren't smart or wise, you call it day dreaming. :)

And one of the mysteries is Happiness. And who better to learn Happiness from than a Buddhist monk.
